The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised Finance and Commercial Delivery Coordinator to keep our Commercial & Finance team running smoothly. This role is central to ensuring the team meets key commercial and financial deliverables by coordinating workflows, managing documentation, and supporting planning cycles across a multi‑stakeholder programme.

Key Responsibilities
Team Operations & Administration
- Organise team meetings, prepare agendas and papers, capture minutes, and track actions.
- Support reporting cycles with accurate, well‑organised information.
Team Coordination & Planning
- Act as a central point of contact across internal teams and delivery partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure integrated delivery.
- Track key deliverables, approvals, milestones and governance requirements.
Document & Contract Management
- Maintain secure, organised document repositories for commercial contracts and team materials.
- Ensure accurate version control, naming conventions and compliance with information management standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the Commercial & Finance team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in project coordination, business support, administration or operations within complex or multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities.
- Advanced communication and documentation preparation capability.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
- Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
- Experience in infrastructure, transport, capital programmes or government/Crown entities (advantageous).
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
