Education

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
2. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, IAS, SFRS, Ind AS, etc.).
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
3. Taxation
- Prepare and review corporate tax computations.
- Manage GST/VAT/SST filings and compliance.
- Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.
- Support management with forecasting and cash flow planning.
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor company cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Review banking transactions and treasury activities.
- Manage working capital efficiently.
- Support funding and financing requirements.
6. Financial Analysis & Business Support
- Analyze profitability, margins, and operational performance.
- Provide financial insights to management.
- Support strategic projects, investments, and business expansion initiatives.
- Develop financial models and business cases.
7. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate statutory filings and corporate secretarial requirements.
- Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
