Join our team as a Finance Controller and play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and continuous process improvement across Maintenance operations. You’ll contribute to budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial and operational data to uncover business insights, and help drive informed decision-making. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving financial processes, and ensuring data accuracy, you’ll support operational efficiency and the company’s long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in month closure process, ensure that accounting records accurately reflect business processes.
• Being actively involved in budgeting and forecasting process for Maintenance, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
• Maintenance data analysis to uncover insights on profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs) together with explanation over variances.
• Maintenance business with accounting processes review, identification of process gaps and improvement implementation .
• Tracking Maintenance operational KPIs, close work with different stakeholders from Maintenance, prompt response to business by providing requested calculations.
• Assisting in managing strategic company’s projects.
• Driving continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
• Analysing historical operational data and identifying business trends.
• Investigating data inconsistencies and implement preventive actions.

We expect You to:

We expect You to have:

• At least 3 years of working experience in finance, BIG4 audit companies. Work experience in Aviation industry companies would be an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics or similar field.
• Familiarity with accounting principles within ERP systems environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details, logical thinking, curiosity.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
