- Prepare and issue invoices based on approved documentation and billing rules.
- Ensure verification processes align with policies and finance procedures
- Perform receipt matching, posting and reconciliations
- Support month-end closing: AR schedules, revenue-related reconciliations, and reporting support.
- Maintain audit trail and compliance with internal controls and Output GST requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation, follow up variances with internal teams.
- Maintain customer master data in Business Central as assigned.
- Support annual statutory audits and other internal or external reviews by preparing schedules, retrieving supporting documents, and responding to auditor queries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in MS office & experience in Business Central is an advantage
- Meticulous, team player with can-do attitude and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines.
