Finance Executive

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts

• Compile Malta VAT Returns and VAT Recapitulative Statements

• Compile VAT reports for external tax consultants to submit VAT Returns for foreign VAT Registrations.

• Ensuring secretarial compliance with MBR incl BO Declarations, Annual Returns etc)

• Compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations

• Compile surveys and other documents required by the NSO

• Liaise with banks (local and foreign) on KYC exercises.

• Assist with compilation of other statutory applications and documents (eg government grants)

• Assist with cashflow monitoring and forecasting.

• Assist with Finance Audits

• Prepare adhoc reports.

• And any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Professional certification such as ACCA

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial models, data analysis)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
