Key Responsibilities:

Finance is being reinvented — anddata, automation, and AIare at thecentreof that transformation. OurFinance Data & Systems (FDS)team sits at the heart of PwC's finance function, harnessing modern tools and platforms to elevate how we work, report, and make decisions.

As a Finance (Finance Data & Systems) Intern, you'lljoin ourFinance Data & Systems (FDS) Teamunder the Finance Department, supporting the systems and data that power PwC's finance function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support daily operations.Performdaily operational actionswithin Finance systems to keep core processes running smoothly.

  • Safeguard data quality.Conductdata quality checks and maintenanceto ensure accuracy and reliability across Finance systems.

  • Build insights with data.Help buildstatistical reports and dashboards (data analytics)and prepare reports that support business decisions.

  • Drive transformation.Contribute tofinance transformation initiativesthatmaximiseefficiency — including writingpolicies, SOPs, and process documentation.

  • Innovate with automation.Get involved inad-hoc projects and automation initiatives, exploring how technology can elevate the way Finance works.

  • Embrace AI and emergingtechnology.Use tools such asMicrosoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other GenAI platformsto enhance productivity, reporting quality, and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for:

We welcome curious, technically minded students who are excited to build a career at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.

  • Finance, Data Science, or Business Analytics studentsfrom local or overseas universities preferred.

  • Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g., Accountancy, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics) with a strong demonstrated interest in finance and data are equally welcome to apply.

  • ProficiencyinPower BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Alteryxwould be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with current technologies, includingMicrosoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and prompt engineering, isadvantageous.

  • StrongMicrosoft Excelskills, with the ability to work confidently with data.

  • Keen to develop yourselfin the profession and take ownership of your learning journey.

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative, with a growth mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into clear business value.

  • Service-oriented, with a genuine commitment to teamwork and excellence.
