About the role 

We are looking for a Finance Graduate to join our growing team. As a Finance Graduate, you'll gain valuable experience across a broad range of finance activities, including transactional finance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial controls and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

About you 

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 

• Eligibility to work in Australia and a commitment to ongoing professional development in finance or accounting. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and GST concepts. 

• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. 

• Ability to organise work, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities with guidance. 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to establish business relationships with internal and external customers. 

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to shared outcomes. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn computerised financial systems. 

• A customer-focused, curious and improvement-oriented approach to work.
