Finance Manager - BEIJING - Energy company

Our client is market leader within the Energy industry who are currently searching for an accomplished Finance Manager to join their operations in Beijing.

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all the accounts and completing all technical finance responsibilities that fall within your remit. This will include debt management, cash flow forecasting and debt management. You will be required to develop sophisticated financial models and frameworks and there is a strong emphasis on process improvement.

You will be responsible for a team of up to 8 financial staff and previous managerial experience is a pre-requisite. Our client is looking for charismatic and influential figures that are capable of taking control of a team and ensuring its success and longevity. The client has forecast impressive growth over the forthcoming years and it is crucial that you possess a diligent and methodical approach to work whilst being able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

You will play a key part of driving the business forward and you will report to the Group Finance Director. There will be opportunities to assist in ad-hoc projects working closely with key figures within the company such as the CEO and Group Financial Director.

As such our client has set out some minimum requirements:

- Must be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

- Previous managerial experience

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English and Mandarin
