Responsibilities:
Management Reporting

Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses.

Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives.

Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend.

Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.
Corporate Finance & Special Projects
-
Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.

Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities.

Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement.

Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation.
Must Have:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

5–7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance.

Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.

Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Nice to have / Bonus:

MBA, CFA, or ACCA qualification.

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.

Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional partners and investors.
