Responsibilities:

Management Reporting

  • Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses.

  • Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives.

  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend.

  • Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.

Corporate Finance & Special Projects

  • Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.

  • Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities.

  • Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement.

  • Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation.

Must Have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • 5–7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance.

  • Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.

  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Nice to have / Bonus:

  • MBA, CFA, or ACCA qualification.

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional partners and investors.
