Coordinate with external accounting firms to prepare monthly, quarterly,and annual financial statements.

Manage cash flow, budget planning,and expense execution in alignment with corporate goals.

Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments,and internal expense reimbursement.

Handle tax filings and compliance with federal, state,and local regulations.

Develop internal financial control processes and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with the Korean headquarters finance team to consolidate reports and maintain transparency across entities.

Support financial due diligence,audits,and funding-related documentation as needed.
Requirements
[Qualifications]

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

CPA or AICPA certification preferred.

Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or regional) strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax principles.
