Finance Operations Coordinator – Global Wave Group
Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based)
Working hours: 1:30 - 10 P.M. from Monday to Friday
Reports to: Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process daily client applications.
- Handle daily document organization, filing, and classification.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; major in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- High execution capability; detail-oriented and responsible in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
