Finance Trainee (Accounts Receivable)

KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. The company has been established in 1912 and employs about 20 000 people at 47 locations in 22 countries. In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes.

• Support the daily AR operation according to the agreed priorities and measurements 
• Daily contact with customers (mail, phone)
• Manage AR-related data such as invoices, customer information, and payment statuses in SAP to ensure up-to-date records

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies at least until June 2027 in Finance, Accounting, Economics;
• min 25 (up to 40h) hours per week working availability
• Proficient oral and written English
• Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
• Flexibility
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Team player, communicates well
• Detail oriented and precise
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
