Job Description

For our office in Dubai we are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Financial administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily accounting tasks within our organization. You will work closely with our management and external accountants to ensure accurate financial administration.

Your tasks will include:

• Processing cost and purchase invoices
• Recording bank and credit card statements
• Preparing and/or assisting with VAT returns
• Maintaining and archiving financial documents
• Assisting with monthly and yearly closings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Elvy, Warehouse)
• Accurate and structured working approach
• Good command of English (speaking an additional languages such as German, Spanish or Polish is an advantage)
