Accurately prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial statements and year-end financial, tax and audit reports in conformance with GAAP.
- Coordinate month-end general ledger closes
- Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for fixed asset reporting
- Serve as back-up to both accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsible for general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and testing for compliance with policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including Sarbanes Oxley
- Assist with periodic physical inventories
- Assist in preparation of annual budget
- Serve as back-up for payroll processing

Qualifications

MUST:

1. 1-3 years experience in manufacturing environment

2. Strong analytical skills
