Financial Analyst, IT Finance

Looking for a sharp Finance Professional, quick leaner, who is willing to learn IT Finance

Function Support

• Manage iBuy requisition process including financial review, coordination/feedback from IT, support for users, training.
• Facilitate monthly review of iBuy reqs for approval with IT CFO.
• Act as SME for iBuy related matters.

Consolidate and distribute monthly headcount reports.

Liaison with other Financial Functions

• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure timely invoicing, coding
• Coordinate with Urbandale to ensure proper posting of Journal entries, allocations, true-ups

Reporting and Analytics

• Coordinate quarterly Vendor Invoice Audits for Global IT vendors.
• Provide support for various metrics, analytics utilized by IT Finance group.
• Provide support for MGTI queries.

Assist Financial Manager as needed on:

• • Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Expense Management
  • Supporting the month end close
  • Balance Sheet Analysis
  • Preparing the Headcount Analytics Package

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years progressive experience in financial managemen
• MS/IT System Skills

Additional Information

$65K- $80K plus Bonus
