We are seeking to hire a full-time Financial Controller for DNAM Brands.In this role, you will own the core financial infrastructure of the business, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across our portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, building scalable processes, and providing visibility into the company’s financial performance.
This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable building and improving systems as the business grows. You will play a key role in supporting leadership with financial insights and ensuring the company operates with strong financial discipline.
In this role, you will oversee and drive performance across:
- Accounting operations & financial reporting
- Month-end and year-end close processes
- Financial controls & compliance
- Cash flow management & forecasting
- Systems, processes, and financial infrastructure
You will partner closely with leadership, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business activity.
This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
