As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring transparent management accounting, planning and controlling project and service costs, preparing accurate management reporting, and improving the financial efficiency of these areas.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Manage management accounting for projects and service activities.

• Prepare budgets and forecasts across projects and products.

• Monitor actual costs, commitments, and budget balances.

• Perform budget vs. actual analysis and explain key variances.

• Allocate costs across projects and ensure their accurate accounting.

• Prepare regular management reports and financial analysis for business leaders

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, management accounting, FP&A, or a related field

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across projects or business areas

• Experience in budget vs. actual analysis and management reporting

• Understanding of management accounting and cost allocation principles

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus
