Financial Planning Analyst

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Preparing monthly and ad hoc financial analyst reports to local management team for making decision. Doing yearly financial planning, business review and performing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and reports to Financial Planning & Analysis Team Leader.

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis reports to Segment and Department Heads.
• Collect data inputs from Budget holders and follow up with Segments/Departments to complete all key milestones on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Operations, Sales, etc. to provide financial insights & support decision making based on needs of the business.
• Provide financial and non-financial data from HFM and Power BI with key variance analysis for Segment Heads and Department Heads to complete their Business Review presentations.
• Assist direct supervisor to work out with insurance broker & insurers on yearly declaration & Insurance claims.
• Perform other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Auditing & Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing or Finance.
• Experience in Accounting & Finance of painting industry is an advantage.
• Be able to work under high pressure & meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft office, especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must.
• Possess effective communication skills for cross-Departments/Segments coordination.
• Have good command of English skills (reading, writing, listening & speaking).
