Financial Statements Preparation Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Work with CaseWare software to compile and format financial reports.
3. Support audit and compliance processes by ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Currently studying towards the final level of CA Zambia or ACCA.
2. A bachelor’s degree in accountancy will also be considered.
3. Experience using CaseWare for financial statement preparation will be an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

1. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
2. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
