Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to Finnish-speaking players via in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot a range of in-game issues, aiding players with technical challenges related to gameplay and accounts.
- Document and manage player issues in the support ticketing system, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.
- Communicate clearly with players to explain game mechanics, features, and any updates for better understanding.
- Collaborate with the development team to share player feedback and highlight recurring issues.
- Stay updated on the latest game releases, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance player satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming industry, is strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to effectively assist players with various technical issues.
- A genuine passion for gaming, with good knowledge of game mechanics and community dynamics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
