Line Cook – Full-Time & Part-Time

We’re looking for passionate Line Cooks to help bring our kitchen to life. If you love working with fresh ingredients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that values quality, service, variety, and value, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking seafood dishes with precision and care, including fish cutting, processing, portioning, and presentation
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and quality control
• Operating knives, saws, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knife sharpening and basic equipment maintenance
• Supporting prep, plating, and service during busy periods while ensuring efficient kitchen operations
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a collaborative work environment
• Bringing creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to every dish

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a kitchen environment (professional or personal—we value passion!)
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and work as part of a team
• Interest in seafood, sustainability, and local ingredients
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
