Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for customers using Fitbit products via phone, email, and chat in both Danish and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, functionality, and troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on how to use their Fitbit devices effectively to achieve their fitness goals.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for ongoing product improvement and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates and new features to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technology or fitness-related fields, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Fitbit products and a passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
