Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. With spectacular azure lagoons and dense jungle at its core, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. Ensures that guests are advised, assisted and instructed in a manner that is consistent with customer satisfaction.

Ensure that guests receive ongoing advice and guidance on safe and effective exercise and the correct use of the equipment, offering advice and demonstrations as and when appropriate.

Implement Health and Safety regulations and maintain the gym and equipments in a clean, safe and operational condition at all times.

Plans and teaches circuit training and other fitness classes as appropriate.

Ensures that the gym is open/closed at the required times and that the appropriate procedures are followed.

Ensures that the gym is kept in a tidy condition ensuring the routine cleaning of exercise machines and equipment and that equipment is returned to its correct location.

Conducts routine inspection of machines and exercise areas.

Ensures maintenance problems are monitored and resolved.

Reports all accidents, incidents and hazardous situations occurring in the gym

 

Undertake any other duty and responsibility which may reasonably be delegated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Kids club agent
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Team-oriented with flexibility in working hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially when interacting with children and parents.
