Fitness Instructor - Fairmont Agra

 

• Conduct daily group fitness classes including and other wellness programs for hotel guests and members
• Maintain and inspect all fitness equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
• Create and manage weekly fitness class schedules and timetables to optimize member engagement and facility utilization
• Monitor client progress, provide motivational support, and adjust training programs as needed to achieve fitness objectives
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the fitness center and related facilities
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with hotel and industry standards
• Organize and assist with fitness-related events, wellness workshops, and promotional activities
• Provide expert fitness consultations and recommendations to hotel guests and members
• Maintain current fitness certifications and stay informed of the latest fitness trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other wellness staff to deliver comprehensive health and fitness services
• Document and report on member attendance, progress, and satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

 

• Minimum 2 years of professional fitness instruction experience
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise form and technique
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in using fitness equipment and technology
