Job Summary:

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installation services efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule Installation services for clients.
- Coordinate with installers, clients, and teams to ensure maximum installation efficiency.
- Utilize transportation management systems.
- Monitor GPS and weather apps to track fleet availability and optimize productivity.
- Dispatch installers and provide necessary instructions for efficient operations.
- Manage fleet availability to ensure proper installation schedules are followed.

Skills:
- Proficient in transportation management systems.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
- Knowledge of GPS and Weather tracking apps.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate multiple parties
- Familiarity with Fleet management and Logistics operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle varying schedules efficiently.
