We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Support & Campaign Activation Associate professional to join our New York team. Based in Astoria, this role is central to our day-to-day driver and fleet operations, campaign coordination, and field activation support. This serves as a critical on-the-ground resource for drivers, fleet owners, experiential campaigns and cross-market coordination.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Driver & Fleet Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers visiting the shop location addressing driver questions related to payments, campaigns, onboarding, and general operational support.

Process ad hoc TLC permit requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage fleet communications, including recall service notifications and payment inquiries.

Communicate with fleet owners on a weekly basis to provide and gather regular operational updates, including recall-related communications.

Coordinate POP photo shoots, ensuring logistics, scheduling, and quality standards are met.

Provide on-the-ground support at experiential activations to increase physical presence in the field, ensure campaign quality, and resolve issues in real time.

Support swarm coordination in the New York market.

Coordinate and communicate with drivers participating in Swarm and POP events across other Eastern Markets, including Boston, DC, and Philadelphia, to ensure smooth and consistent operations.

Act as a regional liaison to maintain alignment on campaign execution and field activity across the Eastern Market footprint.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, logistics, field coordination, or a related support role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, in-person driver interactions professionally and efficiently.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask across concurrent responsibilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with regular real-time problem-solving demands.

Proficiency with basic productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms).

Familiarity with the taxi or fleet/transportation industry operations is a plus.

Prior experience supporting experiential marketing activations, photo shoots, or on-the-ground event coordination is a plus.

Experience coordinating across multiple markets or remote locations preferred.

Ability to travel occasionally to Eastern Market cities (Boston, DC, Philadelphia) as needed.
