Flex Technician – Exclusion, Termite & Attic Work

Location: Largo, FL | Full-Time

At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we protect homes and businesses from serious pest and termite damage and we’re looking for people who are ready to show up, work hard, and learn a trade.

This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in Florida heat. It’s not easy but it’s steady, year-round work with opportunity to grow.

If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we’ll train you.

If you struggle with showing up on time or putting in a full day’s work, this won’t be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect homes and buildings for pest entry points and termite activity
• Perform exclusion work (sealing gaps, installing barriers, repairing entry points)
• Install and service termite systems (Sentricon, etc.)
• Complete attic restoration (cleanup, insulation blow-in)
• Use tools safely (drills, ladders, hand tools, etc.)
• Document work using a mobile device
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and outdoor environments

What This Job Requires (Read Carefully)

• Showing up on time, every day
• Working in Florida heat, tight spaces, and physically demanding conditions
• Lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
• Following directions and working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and improve

• You have trouble showing up consistently or on time
• You’re looking for light-duty or indoor-only work
• You’re not comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, or hot environments
• You quit when work gets physically demanding

This IS For You If:

• You take pride in working hard and getting the job done right
• You want to learn a skilled trade and grow with a company
• You’ve worked in construction, roofing, insulation, or similar hands-on roles (preferred, not required)
• You’re reliable and don’t need to be micromanaged

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Reliable work history (we do check)
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in heat
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
• Drug-free and able to pass background check
