Flexographic and Digital Press Operator

INCOM Manufacturing Group is hiring a skilled Flexographic & Digital Press Operator for our Wheatfield, NY production team. You’ll set up and run both flexographic and digital presses and operate our label and tape converting equipment. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in print quality and likes variety in their work. And it’s a steady day shift, so you won’t have to work nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate flexographic and digital printing presses
• Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust press settings to meet job specifications
• Monitor print quality throughout each run and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products and troubleshoot press and quality issues
• Operate label and tape converting equipment
• Perform routine press maintenance and keep accurate production records

What You Bring

• 2+ years of flexographic press experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read job specs and work independently
• Digital press or converting experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
