Flight Administrator

ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy at Lanseria International Airport.

The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate ground handling arrangements, flight clearances, and all FBO‑related requests to ensure the delivery of a high‑quality, professional service in line with established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all ground handling processes efficiently to support seamless flight operations.
• Process and manage all flight clearance requirements and other trip support related functions accurately and within required timeframes.
• Deliver effective, efficient, and professional customer service to all clients at all times.
• Promote and support the marketing of FBO services to enhance client awareness and service uptake.
• Ensure all invoices are prepared, processed, and submitted accurately and timeously in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the FBO Manager – South Africa and Trip Support Manager, in support of operational and business objectives.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Experience

• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in dispatching aircraft
• 2 Years’ general administration-related experience, preferably in Business Aviation

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant aviation regulatory training courses (Aviation Services, Airside Induction, AVOP, Dangerous Goods)

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License (Code 8) & own reliable transport
• Ability to work shifts and overtime
