Position Available: Immediately
Term: Start Date - November 1, 2026
Schedule: Seasonal position in Steinbach, MB with potential of advancement to permanent position.
- Rotation of 4 days on / 4 days off working, primary working hours ranging from 10am - 8pm.
- Outside office hours including rotation of on call duties.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Manage Microsoft Outlook inbox, email customers
• Booking flights according to schedule and availability
• Flight following for pilots
• Using Sage50 to generate quotes for customers
• Communicating with pilots, maintenance, and other staff to ensure smooth flight experience. Liaising with bases in Flin Flon, Thompson, Lynn Lake, Stony Rapids and Points North
• Ability to work within a team atmosphere. At no point would you be a lone ranger!
Successful Candidates:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Customer service skills and phone skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Ability to work within a team
• Attention to details and well organized
• Problem solving ability and effective time management
• Professional with a positive attitude
• Aviation experience is an asset but not required, if no experience, training will be provided
• Office experience is an asset
