Flight Physics Team Leader

Only candidates with prior Flight Physics working experience in Aerospace will be considered

Model: Fully Onsite

Scope: Full Time

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

• Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics

• Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards

• Drive the development, validation, and application of flight physics models, simulations, and analytical tools.

• Interface with systems engineering, design, structures, controls, and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.

• Plan and execute budgets with schedules, resource and cost perspectives

• Provide technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies, and program milestones.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics

• Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations

• Proven leadership experience in managing a team
