Pay: $15.50-$19.25 per hour

What You'll Do
- Provide a safe, caring environment, maintaining required ratios and supervision at all times
- Step into classrooms as needed and keep routines, learning, and fun running smoothly
- Help plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, such as storytelling, centers, songs, games, and movement activities that build fine and gross motor skills
- Guide children in learning classroom rules and routines with kindness and consistency
- Help track children's development and progress throughout the year
- Communicate with families, the Director, and the Assistant Director in a professional, caring way
- Model our Core Values, company policies, and the NAEYC Code of Ethics for coworkers, families, and the community
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of professional experience in early childhood education (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to different classrooms and situations
- A genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives
