Floor Installation Technician - Tulsa

Thermal Specialties is looking for a Floor Installation Technician for our Hawkeye Custom Concrete division. Hawkeye Custom Concrete specializes in large scale projects in the areas of Epoxy, Polished Concrete, and Decorative Concrete. Hawkeye’s staff of estimators, project managers, engineers, and interior design specialists provide customers thorough oversight of a project from design to install.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems in commercial and residential areas
• Prioritize and adhere to compliance with all health and safety regulation
• Work to improve knowledge in areas of floor installation specifically Epoxy, Polished Concrete, and Decorative Concrete
• Perform quality work and maintain time allotted for projects to enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail
• Strong attention to safety
• Ability to work independently and on a team
