Food & Beverage Attendant, Alliance Lounge Perth Airport

The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is seeking a casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Perth Airport’s Alliance Lounge, a premium space dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be based primarily in the Alliance Lounge, providing attentive front‑of‑house service, replenishing food and beverage offerings, maintaining lounge presentation standards and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. While the lounge does not operate a bar and features self‑service coffee facilities, bar and barista experience is highly regarded, as you may be required to support other outlets when needed.

This is a guest‑focused role suited to individuals who take pride in presentation, enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a service‑driven environment. If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality hospitality and value consistency and attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Availability for afternoon shifts on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Approx 18 hours per week.

What you will do?

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
• Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

• Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol & Food Safety Certificates
• Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable
• Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
• Availability for afternoon shifts on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Approx 18 hours per week.
