We are looking for someone who is passionate about food service, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and guests.

• Prepare and deliver meals, food, and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation, meal plating, and cold larder duties while maintaining quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace at all times, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and Australian food handling regulations
• Assist in monitoring and recording Food Safety Program (FSP) requirements, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and receipt of goods documentation
• Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties to maintain sanitation standards and support kitchen operations
• Support the catering team in setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly organized and stored

About You:

• Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including early starts and weekends
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
