Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to support our pipeline construction projects. This is a hands-on role that involves working in outdoor environments, directing, and assisting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, safety-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pipeline construction activities, including site preparation and installation.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with XCU and OSHA safety protocols.
• Direct crews to fulfill work schedules to meet projected deadlines, assign tasks to be completed.
• Maintain proper documentation, record job progress and account for employee hours out on the jobsite.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and crew members.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand alignment sheets for all work plans.
• A clean drug test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• If Applicable, a clean MVR and the passing of a driving test
