Where you will work:

• Residential, New Construction, and Commercial
• Report daily to the warehouse in Jupiter, FL
• Dispatched to job sites located in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie County

When you will work:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Saturdays and Overtime, as needed

What you will do:

• Performs plumbing tasks while supervising and guiding the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follows blueprints and performs final inspections to ensure accurate installation and compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Conducts weekly safety talks to reinforce safety protocols, mentors team members through hands-on training, and conducts quarterly reviews.
• Coordinates job site activities, manages resources, and ensures the availability of materials for efficient project workflow.
• Maintains open communications with project managers and team members, addressing project status, challenges, and updates.
• Performs on-call coverage as scheduled and consistent with the Company's policies and procedures.

What is required:

• 7+ years of plumbing experience in all phases required, including completion of a 4-year apprenticeship, 3 years working independently as a journeyman, and 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of plumbing blueprints, code and regulations, equipment, and hand tools
• Tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend, and kneel
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
