Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Forklift Operator is a key player in the loading, unloading, and movement of inventory utilizing forklift and pallet jack machinery, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and support production requirements for the assigned location. This role operates on 2nd Shift (5pm–1am) with a $1.00 shift differential, contributing to the fast-paced, high-volume demands of a world-class sports merchandise fulfillment environment. The Forklift Operator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Ensure accurate and timely movement of licensed sports merchandise so that fan orders are fulfilled with speed and precision.
• Handle officially licensed apparel, jerseys, and collectibles with care to maintain product integrity throughout the warehouse operation.
• Support shipping and receiving workflows that directly enable on-time delivery experiences for fans worldwide.
• Perform accurate inventory counts to help maintain stock visibility and reduce errors that could impact fan fulfillment.

• Identify and flag workplace safety hazards proactively, contributing to continuous improvement of safety management standards across the facility.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to read and understand barcodes on boxes, supporting accurate inventory tracking and process efficiency.
• Apply sound judgment when securing and optimizing loads on the forklift to maximize operational throughput while minimizing risk.
• Look for opportunities to improve load organization and material flow within the facility to support evolving production requirements.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, transport, and position inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pull and place cartons on racks accurately and in accordance with established warehouse organization standards.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more regularly, including reaching and bending when offloading and separating shipments.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime hours and adjusted schedules as daily volume demands require, demonstrating a relentless commitment to team output.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift depending on daily work volume, with the physical capacity to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Strong attention to detail when securing loads, pulling and placing cartons, and performing inventory counts accurately.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards with the ability to identify and respond to workplace hazards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment and the ability to read and understand barcodes on boxes (preferred).
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (preferred).
