Forklift Operator Warehouse Agent - Northlink

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator Warehouse Agent to join our team at the Northlink facility in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will handle receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling, and shipping customer-owned material—including serialized electronics. You will be responsible for completing all corresponding systematic transactions within our warehouse management software while adhering to account-specific SLAs.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Sep 28, 2026 – Sep 28, 2027)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional weekend availability required)

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stocking: Receive, store, select, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment. Perform cycle counts and maintain strict inventory control.
• Shipping & Receiving: Process LTL shipments, generate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) using TMS, and manage specialized items like serialized electronics.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including electric reach trucks, electric counterbalance standups, order pickers, pallet drivers, and hand carts.
• SLA & Compliance: Understand and meet account-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while strictly following all safety regulations and handling protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and TMS/LTL shipping procedures.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of material storage, handling techniques, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Active Forklift Certification (specifically with electric reach trucks, order pickers, and standup counterbalances).
