As our rental and fleet operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, fast-paced, operationally driven Forklift Rental Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our rental and used equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Rental & Fleet Coordination

  • Process incoming forklift rental requests from customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate equipment availability, transfers, deliveries, and pickups
  • Manage re-rent orders through external vendors and dealership partners
  • Maintain accurate rental records, billing information, and fleet documentation
  • Support used equipment and small-account rental sales opportunities

Inventory, Logistics & Operational Support

  • Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and customer sites
  • Perform inventory audits and resolve fleet discrepancies
  • Monitor equipment status, availability, and readiness
  • Support rental fleet organization and operational tracking
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control across shared systems

Administrative & Financial Coordination

  • Create and manage:
    • equipment purchase orders
    • vendor invoices
    • rental headers
    • transfer documentation
    • billing support records
  • Process invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate ERP and rental management system records

Customer & Team Communication

  • Communicate with:
    • branch teams
    • service departments
    • vendors
    • logistics contacts
    • customers
  • Help ensure timely updates, operational alignment, and smooth rental execution
