Role

• Work directly with the CEO to assist in operating the infrastructure of the company: recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, clinical team management.

• Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs.

• Take work off the CEO's plate.

• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.

Qualifications

• You've built something from scratch: a startup, a product, or a major initiative with real outcomes.

• Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.

• Strong technical literacy.

• Nice-to-have: healthcare experience.
