Founder's Associate - Product

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, launchpad role for a technical and ambitious operator who wants to sit at the center of a fast-moving Voice AI product. Working directly with the CTO, you will shape product strategy, develop deep customer and competitive insight, and help build the team. It is designed for someone with founding ambitions who wants to build the skills and network to start their own company one day.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify the highest-impact problems worth solving.

• Conduct customer interviews to develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.

• Research market opportunities and the competitive landscape to inform product direction.

• Test and evaluate new AI models, prompting techniques, and Voice AI approaches to build domain expertise.

• Triage incoming product feedback and assess what deserves engineering attention.

• Support recruiting efforts to hire exceptional engineers alongside the CTO.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience building or shipping products.

• Demonstrated experience conducting customer interviews and using that feedback to drive product decisions.

• Track record of analyzing product data and prioritizing problems to fix.

• Experience running competitive research to inform product or go-to-market strategy.

• Familiarity with AI systems, Voice AI, or evaluating and prompting AI models.

• Exposure to hiring or technical evaluation of engineers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Structured, methodical approach to problem-solving with high agency and a bias for ownership.

• Genuine excitement about AI and current trends in the space.

• Comfortable receiving direct, candid feedback and using it to improve quickly.

• Experience in a fast-moving, experimental product or engineering environment, ideally on B2C products.

Location

On-site, full-time in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.
