Founding GTM
AI Summary
First dedicated GTM hire responsible for getting customers live, building agents and workflows with clients, driving expansion, and feeding product insights to shape the roadmap.
About this role
About Datawizz
Datawizz is building the agent workforce. We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that helps enterprises build and deploy agents with the right permissions, guardrails, and activity logging to actually ship within companies. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday.
We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place.
The Role
You'll be our first dedicated GTM hire. Your core job is to get customers live, build agents for them, and grow our footprint inside every account. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, understand their workflows deeply, and turn those insights into product feedback that shapes our roadmap.
You will:
Own customer activation: run onboardings and build agents and workflows alongside customers on the platform until they hit real value
Drive expansion: monitor account health, find new teams and use cases, and grow our footprint inside every account
Feed insights into product: you'll be the closest person to how customers actually use Datawizz, and you'll turn that into clear, prioritized input for the product roadmap
Build your own agents that automate your workflows and multiply your leverage
Run outbound on the margins: prospect, demo, and close when it makes sense, and help us build the playbook as we go
This role is in-office in San Francisco, 5 days a week.
You might be a great fit if you:
Have 2–7 years of experience as a founder, AE, solutions engineer, or early-stage GTM operator, or equivalent output.
Have a track record of getting customers live and expanding accounts, not just managing them
Are comfortable building from zero. You don't need a playbook, a defined ICP, or a manager telling you what to do next
Are technical enough that you'd rather build an agent for a customer than file a ticket asking an engineer to do it
Can translate messy customer conversations into clear product feedback that engineers and PMs can act on
Benefits
Competitive salary, based on experience level (Annual compensation range: $50,000 to $500,000)
Meaningful equity
Opportunity to be a founding member of a growing company
