For the Mosaic rollout to succeed, a support organization is required to assist planners, ensuring end-user satisfaction and the operational consistency of the Mosaic ecosystem
The Digital Finance Support will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic processes and tools (IBM Planning Analytics, Data Lake). Furthermore, the role acts as the primary point of contact for end users regarding technical, functional, and process-related questions. Providing a robust support and sustainment model is critical to driving internal adoption and enabling disruption-free financial capabilities for senior management and PepsiCo shareholders.
This role is part of the MCC organization supporting the North America Beverages and Foods planning finance teams. Given the team structure and deployment roadmap, the incumbent will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently virtually with the broader organization. This position will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including BU FP&A teams, Mosaic/Function leads, North America Planning Center teams, and the IT Sustain team.
