Who We’re Looking For
Core Areas of Expertise
- Designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs for alternative investment firms
- Advising on SEC regulations, regulatory reporting, marketing rules, and governance best practices
- Conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal policy evaluations
- Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and institutional due diligence processes
- Partnering with leadership teams to strengthen governance and operational controls
- Managing compliance infrastructure, service providers, and ongoing monitoring frameworks
What You Bring
- Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments
- Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
