About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Fractional CTO to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take a product from concept to launch. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our next-generation SaaS platform, built with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) at its core.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect the product’s technical foundation.
Build and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Lead the integration and experimentation with AI/LLM technologies.
Drive rapid prototyping to move from idea, working product quickly.
Ensure scalability and robustness of the product architecture.
Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Lead Engineer, or equivalent).
Strong hands-on coding ability (preferably full-stack).
Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration.
Expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a lean, agile startup environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
