Your mission

Sunst is a Berlin-based design studio operating at the intersection of culture, brand, and space. We create immersive brand environments, spatial experiences, visual identities, and campaigns for global brands translating cultural relevance into physical and visual form.

Our work is collaborative by nature. Alongside our core team, we partner with an agile network of independent designers, art directors, motion specialists, and creative thinkers who bring distinct perspectives and high-level craft to our projects.

As new projects take shape, we are opening up our roster and inviting experienced Freelance Graphic Designers/ Art Directors to connect with us for upcoming identity systems, visual worlds, brand experiences, and spatial activations.

Your profile

We are always looking to partner with conceptual thinkers who enjoy shaping contemporary visual languages from identity systems and campaign direction to spatial graphics and digital content.

If your work lives at the intersection of lifestyle, fashion, and brand culture, we’d love to see your perspective. Since we value direct exchange and creative momentum, we are specifically looking for Berlin-based collaborators who can spend time with us in-person at our studio during key project phases.

We value creative collaborators who bring:

• Cultural Nuance: An intuition for how global brands move through culture, speak to their audience, and manifest across formats.
• Concept & Craft: The ability to bridge strategic thinking, sharp presentation decks, and precise visual execution.
• Systemic Thinking: A strong command of visual hierarchies and scalable design, with an interest (or added skills) in 3D, motion, or spatial environments.
