Infinity Staffing Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Freight clerk, to join a well-established, rapidly expanding global logistics company based in Wellesbourne who specialise in road, air and sea freight.

DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• General administration duties - post, emails, calls etc
• Freight processing for imports/exports via sea, air and road
• UK road haulage and international road/air courier bookings, management and tracking
• Liaising with customers, hauliers and agents via telephone and email
• Handling & processing transportation documents
• Quotations
• Data entry & processing using Boxtop, Atom and Microsoft Excel
• Internal & external reports - daily, weekly & monthly
• Tracking orders start to finish
• Invoices, debit & credit notes, processing payments for shipping imports

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• You MUST be a competent user of Microsoft Excel and Boxtop and/or Atom to be considered for this position
• You MUST have minimum 2 yrs Freight, Import, Export and/or logistics Industry experience

WORKING HOURS & SALARY:-

• Monday - Friday 8.00 -4.30pm, Monday to Friday
• £25,000 pa
