Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding online streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries on subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up where necessary.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly.
• Stay updated on platform features, new releases, and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide relevant solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
