Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and relevant conversations.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and service quality.
• Document customer interactions accurately and report on trends and customer feedback for service improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly through social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
